The corner lot presents two fundamental challenges. Firstly, to rescue a five meter difference between highest and lowest point in the topography. Secondly, to properly connect the existing facilities, such as the school and the town football field, with the Educational Park.

20th Street has a continuous bidirectional flow of vehicles and pedestrians. The project aims to persuade the walking population to change their direction, to walk away from the asphalt and access a new public space shaped by an urban-architectonic gesture.
The public space takes advantage of the lot levels and it is divided in two. One is extended horizontally shaping a gathering plaza. The other one comes down to a preamble space, connecting the existing with the new: field, park and school.
